Georgina Woudstra first trained as a coach in 1992. She graduated from Corporate Coach University in 2004 and since then has studied more than 20 days a year with many different coaching schools learning and integrating varied approaches, from Transpersonal to Time-To-Think to Solutions-Focused. During this time, she became an ICF Master Certified Coach, she built a strong reputation as an executive coach and a successful boutique coaching firm.

But, Georgina knew there was more. Her learning gave her a breadth of experience, tools and ideas yet she longed to work deeper with clients and to have a clear and coherent way of making sense of them, their ambitions and limitations.  This led Georgina to study Transactional Analysis as robust and comprehensive psychology for understanding people, relationships and for personal growth and change.

Georgina has an MA in Change Management, an Advanced Diploma in Coach Mastery from ITS and a Certificate in the Supervision of Coaches, Mentors and Consultants from CSTD. She is a Certified Mentor Coach and a TA People Practitioner and a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA).

Georgina has built a thriving executive coaching practice over a career spanning more than 20 years – She specialises in coaching Chief Executives, senior board members aspiring to this role and top boardroom teams.

Allard de Jong

Allard de Jong has spent the last 15 years solving organisations’ “people problems” and measurably increasing their senior executives’ contribution value by accelerating their leadership development.

He coaches and trains globally. His work focuses on encouraging emotional intelligence skills and ardently campaigning for the “coach approach” to leadership  across borders and cultures.

Allard received a Masters Degree in Communications Studies from the University of California and a Bachelors Degree in International Business from the American University in Paris. He has trained with the Coaches Training Institute and in person with leaders in the field such as Thomas Leonard, John Whitmore.

Bob Shearer

Bob is an experienced team coach and leadership developer who has been operating successfully in this field for over 30 years. Bob’s enthusiasm for developing the latent potential that exists within the teams he works with has been described by his clients as “truly irresistible.” Bob works globally with Blue Chip clients and particularly enjoys working with the cross-cultural dimension that is so often part of the landscape experienced when working with global teams.

Bob has developed a reputation for being challenging. He carefully provokes the teams he works with, helping them to honestly explore their performance and identify the reasons that may have prevented them from breaking through into a state of genuine high performance.

Bob is very comfortable working in an emergent team coaching environment. His sense of fun lightens the difficult conversations that can often be part of the process used to unlock team potential and realise the synergies that drive enhanced levels of performance.

Bob successfully combines a highly credible level of business acumen with a deep technical understanding and a sound academic record which includes an MBA. He is also known for his commercial pragmatism as his approach consistently helps teams to identify new and practical ways of behaving that can be quickly applied and embedded in the workplace.

Declan Woods

Declan is a leadership team coach and boardroom psychologist. He specializes in working with CEOs and their executive teams to help them get ready for change through individual and team coaching. He has coached leaders from over 23 countries and is a retained coach-consultant with several global organizations.

Declan’s coaching is informed by his earlier experience as a Plc. Director and business leader with international P&L and operational delivery responsibilities and his current portfolio of non-executive director roles. He was decorated for leadership in the New Year’s Honours List following an earlier career as an Army Officer.

Declan previously led Penna Plc.’s international Board and Executive coaching business and was the inaugural Global Head of Standards and Accreditation with the Association for Coaching (AC). He co-created and successfully launched the Global Code of Ethics – a new industry standard for coaching and mentoring. Declan was made a life Fellow of the AC for this work helping raise coaching standards.

Declan is a Registered and Chartered Psychologist and accredited Master Coach. He has earned Master’s degrees in change consulting (INSEAD) and psychology (University of Cambridge) and an Executive MBA (University of Warwick). Declan is a qualified coaching supervisor. His doctoral research (University of Leicester) was on dysfunction in senior teams and, based on this, he created Middle Circle® for Teams – a diagnostic tool to help teams improve their effectiveness.

Annie Bennett

Annie is a team and executive coach. She provides supervision for coaches working with both teams and individuals. Over the past 20 years, she has worked as a professional coach and facilitator, working with clients from senior executive to high potential junior talent, both individually, in cohorts and teams, and from a wide range of sectors. She draws on this experience in her supervision work.

Before working as a coach, Annie started her career in education, teaching languages to adults and teenagers. She then worked internationally for a major engineering company at senior level providing Organisational Development, Leadership Development and Coaching support. Whilst working as a coach, Annie has gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Career Counselling and Consultancy from Birkbeck, a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes, a Certificate in Coach Supervision from Barefoot Coaching and a Diploma in Team Coaching Mastery from Executive Coach Studio.
